I have supported the marketing team at Shure for over a decade and have helped them maintain a strong, consistent and engaging brand for their marketing and promotional materials including brochures and other marketing collateral, trade show support materials, and identity programs for special conferences & scholastic competitions.
In addition I have designed and produced their annual full line catalog in English and, by working with their associates in Latin America, have produced a Spanish and Portuguese version of this 100+ page catalog for several years.
After helping secure this account by actively participating in the creation of the presentation and demo materials provided to AseraCare, I was immediately tasked with familiarizing myself with their brand and messaging. Additionally, I was now their key creative contact and would be expected to make some updates to their brand and apply those across several programs and materials that needed to be implemented very quickly.
Some key projects that have led to AseraCare's recent growth and success include:
- Gift of Life kit for on-site associates to use in dealing with patients
- SHADES of SUCCESS sales model kit which was used to train all current and incoming AsreaCare sales employees
- Customized materials for the company's annual 'A Butterfly to Remember' event that takes place at over 50 locations across the country
- Support materials for their 13-month Bereavement Program
- Assets for social media and email communications
In addition to these major projects, I have updated their brand guidelines manual, updated dozens of pieces of marketing collateral, and designed a print-on-demand web storefront for associates to order business cards, stationery, and supplemental materials.
Senior Lifestyle Corporation
In working for this client, I am tasked with creating comprehensive marketing materials to promote events, move-in specials, grand openings and more for 160+ retirement living communities across the US through direct mail, e-marketing, and print & digital advertising. This is a role where I must provide great attention to detail, promptness, and exemplary customer service to all community sales & marketing directors plus several regional managers.
Chicago Protective Apparel
I have done creative work for many years for Chicago Protective Apparel, a 100-year old clothing manufacturer specializing in protective wear for firefighting and other industrial applications. In addition to designing their current logo, I have provided them with innovative and engaging marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets and web site designs. I have also helped them direct photo shoots for several lines of products.
While providing creative services for a variety of customers on a daily basis, I am also responsible for many of my employer's internal marketing communications and other various design-related tasks. These include printed marketing collateral, presentation materials, Infographics, email campaigns, vehicle graphics, office communications & displays, and giving UX/UI support to IT development teams.
For the past year I have provided Marquette, a real estate management company, with a number of marketing materials including brochures, floor plans, and property logos for several of their apartment complexes across the Midwest.
Targeted Direct Mail
Driven mostly by email marketing, Pinstripes was looking to add some print media to their promotional efforts. Programs that were highlighted in these direct mail campaigns included:
- Location grand openings
- Corporate outing promos
- Kid's activity promotions
- Loyalty member programs.
I provided art direction, design and copywriting for these pieces.
For this campaign, the goal was to create very targeted pieces based on shopper habit data that provided more relevant offers to the consumer.
This winery/restaurant chain was looking to promote a variety of features outside of their typical dining services including:
- Winery trips
- Event space rental
- Holiday gift giving
- Loyalty programs
I provided art direction, design and copywriting for these campaigns.
