Eversight

As Creative & Digital Design Manager for Eversight, I have transformed the way creative work gets accomplished and streamlined the manner in which the entire Marketing & Communications team interfaces with other critical departments across the whole organization which includes working with colleagues in four states and South Korea.

In conjunction with a seasoned production partner, I have helped build a video content creation workflow from the ground up and dramatically improved the quality of video content being produced, which in turn has resulted in better storytelling and greater engagement with a variety of audiences.

I have also revamped the company’s approach to project management which has resulted in projects being completed more quickly, with fewer errors, and with guarantees in place to make sure all stakeholders have a say at the right juncture of the process.

In addition, I have developed innovative creative concepts for digital & print marketing, fundraising campaigns & events, and internal company communications that exceed the expectations of leaders within the arenas of philanthropy, partner relations, research & development, and the executive-level offices.

During my time at Eversight, the breadth of my experience and quality of creative materials has garnered greater engagement across web, email, social, in-person fundraising events, and conferences. This in turn has led to Eversight being able to benefit a greater number of individuals around the world.

Brand Design
& Marketing Collateral

SHURE INCORPORATED

I supported the marketing team at Shure Incorporated for over a decade and helped them maintain a strong, consistent and engaging brand for their marketing and promotional materials including brochures and other marketing collateral, trade show support materials, and identity programs for special conferences & scholastic competitions.

In addition I designed and produced their annual full line catalog in English and, by working with their associates in Latin America, produced a Spanish and Portuguese version of this 100+ page catalog for several years.

By working in tandem with the Shure marketing team and their brand design agency, I was able to help them get the most of of their marketing budgets, maintain their brand image, and continue being one of the most respected microphone and audio electronics names in the world.

ASERACARE HOSPICE

After helping secure this account by actively participating in the creation of the presentation and demo materials provided to AseraCare, I was immediately tasked with familiarizing myself with their brand and messaging. Additionally, I was now their key creative contact and would be expected to make some updates to their brand and apply those across several programs and materials that needed to be implemented very quickly.

Some key projects that have led to AseraCare's recent growth and success include:

  • Gift of Life kit for on-site associates to use in dealing with patients

  • SHADES of SUCCESS sales model kit which is used to train all current and incoming AseraCare sales employees

  • Customized materials for the company's annual 'A Butterfly to Remember' event that takes place at over 50 locations across the country

  • Support materials for their 13-month Bereavement Program

  • Assets for social media and email communications

In addition to these major projects, I updated their brand guidelines manual, updated dozens of pieces of marketing collateral, and designed a print-on-demand web storefront for associates to order business cards, stationery, promotional items and other supplemental materials.

By working with the marketing and creative teams at AseraCare I helped them continue to be a well-regarded brand in an increasingly important industry.

SENIOR LIFESTYLE CORPORATION

In working for this client, I was tasked with creating comprehensive marketing materials to promote events, move-in specials, grand openings and more for 160+ retirement living communities across the US through direct mail, e-marketing, and print & digital advertising. This was a role where I needed to provide great attention to detail, promptness, and exemplary customer service to all community sales & marketing directors plus several regional managers.

As a true partner to these dozens of SLC associates scattered throughout the country, I was able to help them come up with unique creative solutions for their challenges and provide assets for successful marketing programs to ensure they were able to maintain high occupancy at their communities.

MARQUETTE MANAGEMENT

I provided Marquette, a real estate management company, with a number of marketing materials including brochures, floor plans, and property logos for several of their apartment complexes across the Midwest. These informative print materials worked in tandem with their web and digital presence to create cohesive brands for their individual properties.

By partnering with their Director of Marketing and Communications and property managers I helped Marquette maintain consistency in their branding, showcase new or recently renovated properties, and keep high occupancy rates at their apartments.

QUANTUM

While providing creative services for a variety of customers on a daily basis, I was also responsible for much of Quantum Group’s internal marketing communications and other various design-related tasks. These included printed marketing collateral, videos, publications, presentation materials, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, social media & blog posts, vehicle graphics, internal office communications & displays, and providing UX/UI support to app and web development teams.

I created the brand and web site for a small online shop of women’s apparel and home goods/decor. I also developed the logo, identity and brand from the ground up and managed the inventory, site navigation, photography, product descriptions and customer service correspondence. Also designed ads and managed all paid advertising campaigns and social media channels.
